The annual Pool A dividend was distributed in July, based on shares held in Pool A at the end of June, 2005.


  • The first period of fiscal 2006 – July 2005 – ended on Sunday, July 30, 2005. Get your journal entries in by midnight (or by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 28 if they are subject to review). Don’t forget to reverse any year-end accruals or deferrals you made in June of 2005, during July.
  • The Institute’s annual close process was completed as of July. The external auditors started their work in August. Financial Statements and the Institute’s Brown Book summarizing research volume in fiscal 2005 should be completed during September.
  • CAO training activities will resume in September.
