This section contains the official policies and related procedures for Procurement. The manuals have been organized using a standard numbering format – and in some cases have been abridged or summarized – in order to make them more accessible. The numbering format may not agree with previously issued policy manuals. The manuals are easy to search using the Advanced Search feature. Paper copies of the text are available upon request.
